Meet the team



Lliam Casey went to Asia in the hope to find a job, but ended up thinking of a way for everyone else to get one. Running the Phavour team with a clear vision, focusing on innovation and upholding its core values is Lliam’s passion.


Sales and Marketing Executive

After experiencing a variety of roles in areas such as PR, the automotive industry and manufacturing- Adam worked part-time at Wetherspoons alongside studying towards a degree in Business and Marketing Management. Working late, long hours and attending university took its toll, which is why Adam is determined to ensure students never have to face the struggles he faced. With his first hand experience with a problem we aim to fix, Adam was a perfect addition to the Phavour team.


Business Development Executive

Ryan, originally from Middlesbrough, grew up playing football with Hartlepool United. After playing full-time for Hartlepool for two years he made the decision to move to the US, studying Marketing at Loyola Maryland University in Baltimore. Post graduation Ryan moved away from the world of football, leaving his role of Director of Operations at Pipeline Soccer Club and opened 2 F45 Fitness Franchises in Florida. F45 is currently the world’s fastest growing fitness franchise and is backed by majority investor Mark Wahlberg. Ryan’s passion for new projects and data driven practices landed him the position of Business Development Executive here at Phavour


Sales and Marketing Executive

Whilst at University, Sam was employed at his Student’s Union and loved the student-first work culture. Following a year in the corporate world of supply chain management, Sam returned to his Student’s Union full-time; working with, and for, students to strive towards the vision of an impactful university experience for all. This aligned perfectly with what we want to achieve here at Phavour, meaning Sam was an obvious member of the Phavour Team.


Summer Intern

Emelia is a Fashion Promotion and Communication student. Having worked and interned in various roles in the fashion industry since 2017, she wanted to apply her skills to different industries in preparation for graduation. Having to work multiple part-time jobs whilst studying and interning: Emelia knows first hand the value a platform like Phavour can bring to many students lives. Emelia spends her time working on building her branding and creative direction portfolio on a freelance basis with musicians and designers across the country.
